This was a very large master bedroom. I designed this room ten years ago, and what I consistently see in my projects is the enduring, classic style I incorporate to reflect each client’s personal taste. For the master bedroom in this beautiful home, we started the selection process by looking for fabrics. It’s important to me that my client finds something special in the room that truly speaks to them or captures their personality. After we found the ideal pillow fabric, I built the entire room’s design around it. While painting ceilings a distinct color is now very on-trend, I have always considered the ceiling an important design element. The blue ceiling here makes this room is particularly special and visually expands the space. The chandelier was sourced from a specialized manufacturer and was customized for this room.
