Meet Robyn

Founder & Principal Designer

I walk into a room and immediately see what it could become. For me, great design has always been instinctive.

My creative career began in New York City’s Garment Center after graduating at the top of my class in Fashion Merchandising and Design. My husband and I later started a denim manufacturing company, where I designed and traveled to Paris, Rome, and London in search of inspiration.

After having my daughters, I wanted to stay close to home while continuing to do what I loved—design. I returned to school at the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design, again graduating at the top of my class, and found my true passion in interiors.

What began with local projects and word-of-mouth referrals grew into Interiors by Just Design. For more than 20 years, my team and I have transformed homes throughout Long Island and beyond, from individual rooms to full renovations and new construction.

I love getting to know my clients, understanding how they live, and creating spaces they may never have imagined for themselves. Seeing their reaction to the finished home is still my favorite part of what I do.

I’ve always told my daughters: follow your instincts, follow your passion, and build a life around what you love.

I’m very fortunate to have done exactly that.
